Am I the only one that sometimes gets the urge to dance to (not like) this?

This makes me bust with laughter every time I see it.

You have to admit...this is a pretty good song.

Cause this isn't just a little horrifying. Let me know if you suddenly want to rip your eyelashes out too.

Demodex

I mean, it's cool that they do that...but still, it's disturbing at the same time.

That made me think of ear mites. o.O Something my cat had when I got her as a stray. We took care of it years ago and she's never had them since.

Here's to the rainy days...

Why...why do I do that? Can you not take a hint? No...of course you can't. Why should I expect you to. Either way, you'll learn. Yes. You will. Everyone does.

It's 85 degrees here, I don't take to heat well, I really don't like it. I want rain...and a nice breeze.

-sigh-

You'll find, when in need, the first to respond are the most honorable or most devious. Which one do you think I am?

It might not be the right time

I might not be the right one

But there's something about us I want to say

Cause there's something between us anyway

I might not be the right one

It might not be the right time

But there's something about us I've got to do

Some kind of secret I will share with you

I need you more than anything in my life

I want you more than anything in my life

I'll miss you more than anyone in my life

I love you more than anyone in my life

I really, really need to stay off the Pro-Choice pages on facebook. I am Pro-Choice myself. And let me straighten this out for those who are misguided, Pro-Choice doesn't not mean Pro-Abortion.

What irritates me most about those pages is the Pro-Lifers, especially the females ones, who shout from the rooftops that even a non viable pregnancy should never be aborted. And that 'oh, well she shouldn't have been having sex'. What if she wanted the baby and it just wouldn't take? But to them that makes her a horrible mother. And then you have ones who say that if they had a non viable pregnancy that they wouldn't abort it even if they already had living children. How is that fair to the living children?

Oh, the best story I've heard yet is from a MAN who said that he knew a woman that used abortion as a means of birth control and would go in at least every week...I'm like excuse me? Did you just go full retard? You never go full retard! A woman can only drop an egg once a month (hello menstrual cycle). Not to mention abortion isn't as easy as some people think it is. More often there are a shit ton of processes you have to go through to get it done, not mentioning how painful it is.

I don't approve of abortion, I wouldn't do it myself unless it was non viable, but...that's MY decisions. I believe I have the right to make MY decisions, just as any other woman has a right to HER decision. It's your body, non of my business, just as my body is my business.

:End Rant:

I agree with you fully. I wouldn't choose to have one myself but it is for each woman to decide.

I agree with you and I am glad you pointed out we only drop an egg once a month cause some people are just plain ignorant, not just retarded.

I am pro-choice. I believe in abortions - but I mainly believe in them if there was a case where a woman was raped, impregnated by incestuous relationships and abuse, and if a woman's health is in danger but I also believe that it is her choice whether she wants to abort it or not, whether she should have been having sex or not. Why? You see a lot of women decide to have the baby and say that they want to give it up for adoption, but just can't bring themselves to do it. They end up keeping the baby that they can't take care of and usually end up abusing or neglecting the child. Those children sometimes end up in institutions like Social Services and some don't. Those are never reported and they end up miserable.

I've been Pro-Choice since I learned what "abortion" meant in that sense. In other words, I've always been Pro-Choice.

I had a mild mental crisis a few weeks ago, where I wondered if I really WAS Pro-Choice, because I'd never have an abortion casually. I want kids, I love my boyfriend, I'm close to being 20 - but I don't want kids for another few years. But the thought of aborting because it was purely bad timing would haunt me. But I'd be fine having one if the foetus wasn't healthy. I couldn't raise a disabled child.

You don't have to have abortions to be Pro-Choice.

The best Pro-Lifer I've head of is those that kill the doctors, nurses and midwives that perform abortions. THAT is so ironic that it's not funny.

On the medical side of it - (I did an assignment regarding medical abortions about two weeks ago) - people really don't realise how much those things involve.

There's a Member Article on it somewhere on here, but in general, it's usually a 9 hour hospital visit, in which time you're under constant obs because of heavy bleeding, pain, cramps, nausea, diarrhoea, fever and chills... and that's without the fact that you could haemorrhage, that the doctor may accidentally poke a hole in your vag, that a small piece of the foetal matter may be left behind and cause infection...

So much pain. Yetch.

I'm so glad you pointed that out. Because you'd be surprised how man Pro-Lifers are under the impression that it's such a simple process.

People think you can just take a pill and it's gone, or they think you just poke in some forceps and pull it out.

The medication you get from a pharmacy is good for up to three days after intercourse, but after that, you need to go to the hospital and get the good shit (and by that, I mean the painful stuff), which is good for up until 9 weeks, ten if you're lucky. Both the medication and the actual surgical removal come with a 9 hour hospital visit.

All that pain... and then the mental stuff?

Women who have abortions are generally not monsters. They have feelings, and a lot of women never recover from the abortion, emotionally.

But they're all coined as being "Monsters" and "Murderers" - don't people realise that the woman is probably thinking the same things?

Eugh.
